Our repair- and halfpipe systems provide the perfect solution for securing cables where the integration of normal protection pipes is difficult. Practical and easy to use, our repair and retrofitting range can be installed in a very short time, ensuring issues and dangers are eliminated quickly and efficiently. Their are available in several lengths and their design is adaptable to retrofit operating cables and for the repair of existing cable protection pipes made of PVC-U or PE.

Half Pipe Systems

No screws, no tools: our Divio® range revolutionizes cable protection. Unlike other halfpipe systems, it utilizes an integrated connection system with clamps, which guarantees a fast and convenient installation without any tools.

With the ability to withstand heavy loads, Divio® pipes are sand-, water- and even gas-proof, making then extremely durable. They are easily attached to both smooth and corrugated cable safety pipes, ensuring a quick and pain-free installment.

Split pipes

Similar to our half pipe systems, PE split pipes are ideal for temporary cable protection and retrofitting. Consisting of two half parts, they can interlock and be offset so that no fitting or welding is necessary, providing a gas- and watertight connection. Our split pipes are available as either smooth or corrugated for more flexibility and ring-stiffness.

Electric cable protection conduits can be re-processed at the end of their service life. This time, the recycled material is used for sewer systems. In total, PVC raw material can be reused up to three times so that the material's service life is enormously extended. Since PVC has a service life of at least 100 years, the total service life of the material can be theoretically prolonged to more than 300 years. With "the pipe with three lives" concept plastics receive two further technically feasible life cycles.
